Service Description
Tapspiration is a platform managed by TRV Solutions LLC that offers bracelets with NFC technology which, when scanned, open our website displaying a motivational quote, an inspirational quote from a famous person, or a Biblical verse (Catholic Bible), depending on the version of the bracelet purchased. Our service is designed exclusively for personal and non-commercial use, providing daily inspiration through technology.
Privacy and Data Collection
At Tapspiration we do not collect personally identifiable information from our users on the NFC chip included in our wristbands or on the website displayed when scanning the bracelet. We can also collect anonymous data provided by the browser for the sole purpose of improving our service and gathering usage statistics.

Safety Verifications
Occasionally, we may require reCAPTCHA checks to ensure fair use and prevent abuse of the system. These checks are mandatory when requested and failure to complete them may result in a temporary restriction of service.
Device Compatibility
Our bracelets are compatible with most modern mobile devices capable of reading NFC chips. It is the user's duty to verify and confirm if their mobile device is compatible with the Tapspiration bracelet. Tapspiration will provide all necessary information and instructions on how to confirm whether or not the user's device is compatible. We reserve the right to restrict use on certain devices for technical or security reasons. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices on the market.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through Tapspiration is the property of TRV Solutions LLC. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of part or all of our content without express permission is prohibited.
