What is Tapspiration and how does it work?
Tapspiration is a smart bracelet that, when tapped with a cell phone, displays a motivational phrase or Bible verse (depending on the version you choose). Our bracelets use NFC technology to connect wirelessly with your cell phone.
Do I need to download an application to use the wristband?
No, our wristbands do not require downloading applications to work.
Are the bracelets compatible with all cell phones?
Our wristbands are compatible with most modern cell phones that have the ability to read NFC tags, including all iPhones from model 7 and most mid-range and high-end Android phones.
How long does the battery of the bracelets last?
As long as you want! Our bracelets do not require charging and do not have a battery.
Are the wristbands water resistant?
Yes! You can wear our wristbands while showering or washing your hands and they will still work perfectly, but we recommend you take them off when swimming. Keep in mind that if the NFC chip is wet it may not be detected by your cell phone, let it dry and keep motivating yourself!
Do the quotes repeat or are they always different?
We have a large database of phrases that we update regularly, so you will almost always see a different quote. Although, you may see a repeated quote, we are constantly working to offer new and varied content.
In which languages are the quotes available?
We currently offer two versions: Spanish and English (one language per bracelet). When purchasing your bracelet, please remember to specify the version and language you want.
Does Tapspiration collect or store my personal data?
At Tapspiration we respect your privacy, so we do not collect or store personal data through our bracelets. You can read more about how we process your data in our privacy policy.
How do I set up the Alexa Skill “Positive Ideas”?
Simply say “Alexa, open Positive Ideas” on your Echo device and you will receive a quote.
Do I need to have the Tapspiration bracelet to use the Alexa Skill?
No. The Alexa Skill works independently of the bracelets. Any user with an Alexa device can use our Skill to receive daily motivation.
